Order Issues & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at narea.accessories@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a resolution at our discretion.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as we begin processing it immediately.
