At Narea & Co, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.


1. Order Processing

    •    Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    •    Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method.

    •    Estimated delivery times:

    •    Domestic: 2-8 business days

    •    International: 6-15 business days (customs processing may cause delays)


3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    •    Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.

    •    If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly.

    •    If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors before reaching out to us.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

    •    If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover reshipping costs.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

    •    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges.
